- 500 g Brussels sprouts, fresh from the market
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Parmesan
- Salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cavolini with parmesan cheese
Cook the trimmed Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water with a little sugar until al dente. Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic slices, taking care not to burn. Drop the hot Brussels sprouts into the olive oil and sear on all sides. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
