Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of fresh spaetzle (ready-made product or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp ajvar
  • 300 g vegetable mix, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan, add the vegetable mixture, and after a few minutes, add the spaetzle and stir in the ajvar. Thin with a little water if needed. Heat everything thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
