Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g Spätzle from the refrigerated section
- 3 slices of Leberkäse
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 ball of mozzarella or other cheese
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s) of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the spaetzle in a pan according to the package instructions, dice the Leberkäse (liver sausage) and fry it with the meatloaf (brown to taste). Deglaze with the cream, season to taste, and simmer. Dice the tomatoes and fold in, slice the mozzarella, and place on top for a little extra gratin (preferably with the lid on).
