Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g Spätzle, from the refrigerated section or homemade
- 200 g bacon cubes or ham cubes
- 1 large onion(s)
- 500 g mushrooms, e.g. champignons, according to taste
- 150 g sour cream
- 100 ml white wine
- salt and pepper
- e.g. parsley leaves

quick and easy
Cut the onion into small cubes or rings, as desired. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Fry the bacon and onions in a pot or large pan. After 5 minutes, add the mushrooms. Cover and let the mushrooms cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, deglaze with white wine, and reduce for a few minutes. Add more white wine or sour cream, if desired. Season the mushrooms with salt, pepper, and parsley to taste. Sprinkle the spaetzle with a little water and heat in the microwave at 600 watts for about 4 minutes. Arrange the sauce and spaetzle on a plate.
