Spätzle in crème fraîche with bacon cubes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of bacon cubes, 200 g
  • ½ pack of spaetzle, approx. 250 g
  • 150 g crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes

Fry the bacon cubes in a pan. Cook the spaetzle in hot water according to the package instructions. Add the crème fraîche to the pan with the bacon cubes. Let the mixture simmer for a while and set aside. Cook the spaetzle until tender. Drain the water and arrange the spaetzle on a plate. Then pour the sauce on top.
