Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g spelt flour, 630
  • 280 g water
  • ½ cube of fresh yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 Pepper , filled with cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix everything together on bread setting for 2 minutes until a dough forms. Caution! The dough is very runny, as it should be! Let it rise in the pot for 30 minutes or longer, until it has doubled in size. Dust the work surface well with flour, place the dough on it, and roll it with wet hands (using cold water) (like a loaf of bread). Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
