Ingredients
 

For watering:

  • 125 g Stevia or 250g sugar
  • 4 Eggs size M
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 250 g Spelt flour
  • 1 few Turns from the vanilla bean grinder, to taste or a pod
  • Zest of an organic lime
  • 100 ml Lime juice
  • 100 g Icing sugar + something to dust

Extra:

  • Some oil to grease!
  • Parchment paper
  • Toothpick

Instructions
 

Dough:

  • Stir the Lätta with stevia and the eggs until frothy. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in portions into the egg foam!

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius!

  • Then add the lime zest and vanilla pod!
  • Grease a baking pan and line the base with parchment paper! Pour in the batter and bake the cake in the oven for about 1 hour!
  • Make the dough test with a toothpick! If the dough no longer sticks to the stick, it is done! Drive around the cake with a knife and fall on a wire rack!

Soak:

  • Mix the lime juice with powdered sugar and spread it all over the warm cake! Let cool down!
  • If you like, dust with powdered sugar!
