Speculoos Brownies
The perfect speculoos brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 250 g Magarine
- 250 g Hazelnut brittle
- 7 piece Eggs (M)
- 75 ml Milk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 450 g Sugar
- 350 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 Packet (5g) Speculoos seasoning
- Mix the eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, sugar and milk in a bowl with the mixer
- Melt the magarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Chop up the chocolate and add. Mix into a mass, stirring constantly.
- Stir in the chocolate mixture from the pot.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and spiced biscuits together, slowly add to the mixture and continue stirring. Finally stir in the brittle. Fetrig. Now distribute the mixture on a deep baking sheet (with baking paper). Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes at 175 degrees top and bottom heat or 150 degrees convection. Let cool a little and cut into pieces.
