Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g cream cheese, natural
- 500 g quark
- 4 eggs, separated
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 pack of speculatius cookies
- 4 tbsp coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
- some cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Beat egg yolks with 100g sugar until creamy. Add cream cheese and quark. Beat egg whites with 100g sugar until stiff and fold into the egg yolk mixture. Make a cappuccino and dip the speculat biscuits into the biscuits and line the bottom of a baking dish. Add a layer of mixture, then another layer of soaked speculat biscuits. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Repeat the mixture, and so on… Finish with the mixture. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the biscuits again, but only shortly before serving. Refrigerate until then. If you like, you can refine the cocoa powder with cinnamon.
