Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 45 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 small bottle(s) of vanilla flavoring
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 shot of rapeseed oil
  • 1 handful of chocolate chips
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-assisted oven (approx. 200°C top/bottom heat). Combine all ingredients and knead by hand until smooth. Be careful not to make the dough too runny! Sprinkle some flour on the rolling pin and work surface, roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick, and cut out shapes as desired. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
