Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 50 ml water
  • e.g. olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spelt flatbread from the pan

Knead the spelt flour with olive oil, salt, and water into a dough and roll it out into thin flatbreads. Fry the flatbreads in olive oil for 3-4 minutes, turning frequently. Serve as a side dish with vegetables, pasta, raw vegetables, dips, etc.
