Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Indian flatbread
Mix the wheat flour with the water and knead thoroughly. Then pinch off individual apple-sized pieces and roll them out. Place them on a heated frying pan and wait until the dough develops brown spots. Brush the finished flatbreads with ghee.
