Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 300 g spelt flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g chocolate (drops)
  • some cornflakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For the coffee table

Beat butter, eggs, and sugar with a hand mixer until creamy. Stir in spelt flour and baking powder. Stir the chocolate chips into the batter. Roughly chop the cornflakes. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and roll them in the crushed cornflakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Store the cookies in tins.
