Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g fine-leaf spelt flakes
- 50 g flaxseed meal
- 50 g chia seeds
- 2 handfuls of cornflakes, unsweetened
- 1 pack of ready-made mix (Alesto Exotic Trail Mix)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with or without nuts
Place the spelt flakes in a container, add the flaxseeds and chia seeds. Place the cornflakes in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin or meat tenderizer, then add them to the container. Remove the nuts and almonds from the trail mix. If you want nuts in your muesli, chop them up and add them to the flake mixture. Chop or break up large banana chips, if desired, and add them to the container along with the dried fruit and coconut chips. Close the lid and shake to mix all the ingredients. Other ingredients could be wheat bran, other cereal flakes, or similar. Tastes great with milk or yogurt/quark.
