Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g sugar (fructose)
- 250 g spelt flour
- ⅛ liter of water
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp rum
- ⅛ liter oil (diet cooking oil, safflower oil)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the fructose, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, rum, and water until frothy. Combine the spelt flour with the baking powder and stir it into the egg yolk mixture along with the oil. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Divide the batter and stir in half of the cocoa powder. Pour into a buttered and floured Bundt pan and bake in the middle of the oven at approximately 175 degrees Celsius.
