Spelt – oat – rolls, baked in the pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
  • 110 g oats (naked oats) with ground
  • 1 scoop of allspice, with ground
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of mace
  • 160 g buttermilk
  • Butter for the frying pans

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Egg-free, makes 4 rolls

Combine all dry ingredients, add the buttermilk, and mix everything in a food processor on medium speed for 3 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 20 minutes. Then stir again. With wet hands, form four balls and place them in two buttered frying pans. Cover, place the pans on a cold stovetop, and bake for about 25 minutes on heat setting three of six.
