ideal for dips or simply for snacking

Toast the sesame and poppy seeds in a pan on the stovetop, stirring occasionally, until the aromas develop. Then transfer to a bowl and let cool. Knead the milk, flour, olive oil, butter/margarine, and salt into a dough. Divide the dough in half and spread it on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Roll out both sheets of dough with a rolling pin and sprinkle with the seeds and rosemary. Roll again with the rolling pin to press the seeds into the dough. Bake both baking sheets one after the other at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Let the dough sheets cool, break into pieces, and serve with dips, for example, or simply as a snack.
