Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g spelt flour
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
For savory and sweet topping, for 6 pieces
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Knead with the quark and egg, first with a fork, then by hand. With floured hands, roll the dough into balls, shape into rolls, and score a cross with a knife. Brush the rolls with a little water. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
