Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 130 g spelt (spelt rice)
- 60 g goat’s cheese with herbs
- 40 g Gorgonzola
- 1 large pear(s)
- 2 handfuls of cranberries
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the spelt rice in twice the amount of water. Meanwhile, wash and core the pear, then finely chop the pear and cranberries. Once the water has evaporated and the rice is soft, stir in the goat’s cheese, the finely chopped Gorgonzola, and the pear and cranberry pieces, and let it warm through. Once the Gorgonzola has melted, season with salt and pepper.
