Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg beef, shredded
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 onions, red
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers, red
- 1 stock cube (beef)
- 1 herb(s), “Italian herbs”
- Margarine or fat for frying
- 1 liter of whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Finely chop the onions. Deseed and finely dice the chilies. Crush or finely chop the garlic cloves. Lightly fry these ingredients in a little fat, then add the meat. Once the meat has browned all over, add the quartered mushrooms and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the cream. Add the stock cube and the herb mixture and simmer gently for about 20-30 minutes. Thicken with a little sauce thickener, if desired. Serve with pasta or boiled potatoes.
