Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g soft wheat (Ebly)
- 80 g baby spinach
- ½ small mango(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- ½ small kohlrabi
- ½ small mango(s)
- 1 shot of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp tahini
- some pepper
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- ½ tsp garlic, squeezed
- 1 shot of water

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the Ebly according to the package instructions. Chop the mango, carrot, and kohlrabi and arrange them with the Ebly on the spinach bed. For the dressing, puree the mango and mix with the remaining ingredients. Add water at the very end, more or less depending on the desired consistency.
