Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cup(s) of spelled = 250 g each, ground
- 50 g almonds, roasted and ground
- 10 almonds, roast and grind bitter ones
- 1 tsp caraway seeds, grind
- 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 ½ cup(s) apple juice (direct apple juice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients, add the apple juice, and mix on medium heat for about 8 minutes. Shape the rolls with wet hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Since this dough isn’t very thick, we recommend placing strips of parchment paper upright between the rolls, as the dough will spread during the resting period (about 90 minutes). Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 190°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20-22 minutes. Check the thickness of the rolls with a needle. My own recipe.
