Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g Skyr
- 300 g spelt flour type 630
- 2 eggs
- some milk, 2 – 3 tbsp
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- n. B. seeds for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
simple, quick to make and really delicious!
Recipe for 9 rolls: Mix all ingredients together. Drop the dough into 2 tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20-25 minutes. The rolls will be wonderfully fluffy. I personally like them best spread with almond butter and strawberry jam. Simply heavenly!
