- 250 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 piece Eggs
- 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Ginger bread spice
- 125 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Rum
- Or optionally rum flavOr
- Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy
- Gradually add the eggs and stir well
- Mix the pudding powder, cocoa, flour, baking powder and the gingerbread spice in a bowl and stir alternately with the milk into the mixture, then stir in the rum or the aroma!
- The dough is enough for half a baking sheet or for a springform pan, but I’ve already baked them as muffins! Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and bake for about 30-35 minutes!
