Grill Sauce Tomato and Pepper

The perfect grill sauce tomato and pepper recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kl. Tomatoes peeled canned
  • 1 small Finely diced onion
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Pickled hot peppers
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • 2 tsp Green pepper
  1. Drain the tomatoes (collect the juice) and cut them into small pieces. Remove the peppers and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil, sauté the onions in it, add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, pepperoni, the juice and 50 ml of water. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, stir and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Stir in the green peppercorns and season if necessary.
