Ingredients
 

  • 250 ml Sea buckthorn juice, unsweetened, from the health food store or health food store
  • 750 ml Naturally cloudy apple juice, 100% juice with no added sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 4 large Cinnamon sticks, e.g. Cassia Vera cinnamon, as desired

Instructions
 

  • Put the sea buckthorn juice, apple juice, cinnamon and honey in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Pour the punch into preheated glasses.
  • Add 1 large cinnamon stick per glass as desired and serve immediately.
