Ingredients
- 3 tsp Onion
- 3 tsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Ground allspice
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Colorful peppercorns
- 1 tsp Juniper berries
- 1 tsp Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
Spice mix for crust roast:
- Put the ground and the coarse ingredients together in a sealable spice jar and, if necessary, rub the roast with it and season the sauce with it if necessary. Use sparingly when using.
Use:
- For light roast meat, preferably crust roasts, larded roasts or rolled roasts. Allow the spices to dry thoroughly for further storage in the jar (air drying or in the oven).
