Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter, soft
- 150 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp arrack
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch(s) clove(s), ground
- 80 g hazelnuts, ground
- 250 g flour
- 150 g sugar, for turning
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then stir in egg yolks. Add all remaining ingredients, knead into a shortcrust pastry, and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick, cut out small shapes, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 180°C until light golden. While still hot, toss in the sugar and vanilla sugar mixture. These cookies will keep for 4-6 weeks and taste delicious.
