Ingredients
 

Mixed cheese salad:

  • 1 Blue cheese, e.g. Danablue, diced
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Vegetable cucumber, diced
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley

Marinade:

  • 1 tsp Caraway seed
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

Additionally:

  • 4 Herring fillets, pickled
  • 1 Sunflower seed bread or black bread
  • 1 Barley bread

Instructions
 

Salad ingredients:

  • Coarsely chop the cheese and vegetables and place in a salad bowl.

Marinade:

  • Sprinkle with caraway seeds and pour lemon juice and cooking oil over them. Let it steep for about 10 minutes at room temperature and enjoy with a snack.
