Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cl Aperol
  • 6 cl ginger beer
  • some ice cubes
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • n. B. cucumber slice(s)
  • n. B. olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add the ice cubes to the glass. Pour Aperol over the drink and top with ginger beer. Add a few cucumber slices, if desired. A sprig of rosemary and one or two olives also complement the spiciness of ginger beer. Note: Ginger beer is a carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage similar to ginger ale, but contains a higher percentage of ginger, giving it a more intense and spicier flavor.
