Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sambal oelek
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Side dish e.g. for grilling – quick and easy
Peel the potatoes (or just wash new potatoes) and dice them. Mix them in a baking dish with the olive oil and sambal oelek. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 180°C (fan oven, top/bottom heat: 200°C) in the lower third of the oven for about 30 minutes. The baked potatoes go perfectly with grilled food or a simple mixed salad. We personally use more than two tablespoons of sambal oelek, as we like it spicier. A garlic yogurt dip also goes well with this.
