Ingredients
 

  • 2 Puff pastry sheets, rectangular
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp Fig mustard
  • 4 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and slowly fry in the oil until golden.
  • Thaw the puff pastry sheets and spread three-quarters of the parmasan cheese on a sheet. Place the other plate on top and then roll out with the rolling pin.
  • Spread the mustard very thinly on the rolled out puff pastry, spread the onions on top and then roll up the pastry from the long side.
  • Approx. Cut 1 cm thick slices, place them on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and bake at 160 degrees convection for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and slowly begins to take on color.
