Spicy Baking: Käs-Schneckers

- 2 piece Puff pastry sheets, rectangular
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 teaspoon Sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoon Fig mustard
- 4 tablespoon Freshly grated Parmesan
- Peel the onion and slowly fry in the oil until golden.
- Thaw the puff pastry sheets and spread three-quarters of the parmasan cheese on a sheet. Place the other plate on top and then roll out with the rolling pin.
- Spread the mustard very thinly on the rolled out puff pastry, spread the onions on top and then roll up the pastry from the long side.
- Approx. Cut 1 cm thick slices, place them on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and bake at 160 degrees convection for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and slowly begins to take on color.
