Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 4 tbsp beer, dark
- ½ tbsp honey
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions

for neck bone or pork neck
Mix the crushed garlic with oil, mustard, beer, and honey. Season the marinade with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Marinate the meat for at least four hours.
