Spicy Bread Chips with Two Kinds of Dips

Ingredients
 

For painting:

  • 1 Pck. Dry yeast
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 160 ml Lukewarm water
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried thyme
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt

Sheep cheese dip:

  • 100 g Sheep milk cheese
  • 100 g Ajvar
  • Pepper, a little salt, a pinch of sugar

Sour cream and chives dip:

  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 small Clove of garlic
  • 1 small Spring onion (without greens)
  • 3 tbsp Chive rolls
  • Pepper, salt, pinch of sugar

Instructions
 

Crisps:

  • Mix the flour, yeast and salt in a larger bowl and then knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer with the lukewarm water. If the dough is pliable and turns away from the bowl wall when kneading, then it is ready and must rest in the closed bowl or covered with a cloth in a warm place for at least 1 hour. After that, its volume should have doubled.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° O / bottom heat. Cut out baking paper (or permanent baking foil) the size of the tray and spread it out on the work surface. For the brushing, peel the garlic, chop it very finely and then mix it with the oil, thyme and salt.
  • Take the dough out of the bowl, stop kneading and place it in the middle of the spread out paper (foil). Dust its surface a little with flour and roll it out as large as the paper. So you also have the appropriate thickness. Then pierce the dough several times with a fork or make holes in it, pull it, including the paper, onto the baking sheet and coat its surface with the complete oil mixture.
  • The baking time on the 2nd rail from the bottom is approx. 30 - 35 minutes. After baking, let the sheet of dough cool down on the baking sheet. When it has hardened, it can be broken into any number of pieces. ............... and actually the chips taste good without anything.

Sheep cheese dip:

  • Crumble the sheep's cheese in a bowl and finely crush it with a fork. Add ajvar and mix with the cheese. Season to taste with pepper, a little sugar and carefully with salt. If this dip is too firm for you, you can stir in a very small dash of cream or 1 tablespoon of sour cream.

Sour cream dip:

  • Cut the chives into small rolls. Peel the garlic, chop very finely. Clean the spring onion (only the lower white), cut into very small cubes and then chop a little more. Then mix everything with the sour cream and season.
  • Of course, many other dips can also be served. Everyone can let off steam themselves ............... this was once a quick option for the summer dinner outdoors .............. but tastes good these "things" not only in summer .... ;-)))
