Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g celery, approx.
- 2 m.-large carrot(s)
- 3 stalk(s) celery with greens
- 1 pear(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 3 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- e.g. pine nuts
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Wash and peel the pear, celery root, and carrots, then finely grate them with the onion in a food processor. Finely slice the celery stalks. Combine everything in a bowl. For the sauce, mix the cream cheese with the balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard. This works best with a hand blender. Crush the garlic clove and add it with the spices, then season to taste. It can be strong. Pour everything over the salad, mix well, and let it marinate. If you like, sprinkle pine nuts over the salad.
