Spicy Cheese Dip
The perfect spicy cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 Discs Processed cheese
- 90 ml Milk
- 60 ml Cream
- 3 Red chili peppers
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp, heaped Harissa paste
- 1 tsp Mustard hot
- 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Pimenton de la vera
- Remove the processed cheese slices from the foil and cut into pieces. Finely chop the chilli peppers (quick and easy with a large, sharp knife; wearing disposable gloves is recommended).
- In a saucepan, heat milk with cream, mustard, harissa paste and salt over low to medium heat. Add pieces of processed cheese while stirring and allow to melt in it. Mix in white wine vinegar and chopped chillies. Remove from heat and pour into a decorative bowl. Serve with a little Pimenton de la Vera.
