Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 160 g dry rice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil
- 720 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Crush the garlic cloves, dice the tomatoes, and fry both in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes. Add the rice and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Roughly chop the basil and stir in. Roughly dice the chicken breast fillet and bell peppers and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Fry them together in a pan in a little oil. When the meat is cooked, serve with the tomato rice.
