crispy, spicy ciabatta

For the cheese and jalapeño cream, peel the onion and slice it in half and finely slice the spring onions. Heat half the butter in a pan, add the onions, and fry over low heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Add the remaining butter and let it melt. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth, then add the onion mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir the grated cheese, chili powder, and jalapeños, along with a little of the broth, into the mixture. Cut the ciabatta lengthwise and spread the tomato sauce on top and bottom. Spread the cheese cream on the bottoms and top each with 4 slices of Gouda. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and browned. Wash and tear the lettuce into small pieces, slice the cucumber and tomatoes, and place them on the bottoms, then place the chicken breast on top and finally place the top of the ciabatta on top. Enjoy warm.
