- 500 g Chicken drumsticks
- 5 Mini peppers
- 1 Red onion
- 2 stem Spring onion
- Harissa spice
- Oil
- Steak pepper
- Salt
- Chop the paprika into small pieces, peel the onion and cut into half rings, cut down the spring onions
- Pull the skin of the legs down, rub the meat with harissa and pull the skin back up like a stocking.
