  • 500 g Chicken drumsticks
  • 5 Mini peppers
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 stem Spring onion
  • Harissa spice
  • Oil
  • Steak pepper
  • Salt
  1. Chop the paprika into small pieces, peel the onion and cut into half rings, cut down the spring onions
  2. Pull the skin of the legs down, rub the meat with harissa and pull the skin back up like a stocking.
