Whiskey Cola Spare Ribs
The perfect whiskey cola spare ribs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pork ribs
- 100 ml Whiskey
- 100 ml Bbq Sose
- 250 ml Cola
- Peel off the fine layer of skin below the ribs (otherwise the spare ribs will be tough)
- Mix the whiskey, cola and BBQ Sose in a saucepan and cook the spare ribs in it for 45 minutes
- In a second saucepan, bring a small amount of whiskey, cola and BBQ Sose to the boil until it thickens into a viscous mass
- Season the cooked spare ribs with plenty of salt / pepper, then brush with the thickened sauce. Wrap the spare ribs individually in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Heat the whole thing at 150 ° C top / bottom heat for about 45 minutes. Then unpack, brush again and put in the oven for another 15 minutes so that they become crispy on the outside.
