Spicy Chicken Liver

The perfect spicy chicken liver recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Chicken liver
  • 1 Small onion about 50 g
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 big pinch Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 big pinch Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Mild curry powder
  • 2 Parsley leaves
  1. Clean and cut up the chicken liver. Peel, halve and slice the onion. Heat oil (1 tbsp) in a small pan and stir-fry the onion slices with the chicken liver pieces in them. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (1 strong) pinch, colored pepper from the mill (1 big pinch) and mild curry powder (2 big pinches). Garnish with parsley and serve as a greeting from the kitchen.
