Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp chili, ground
- 2 tbsp spice mix, Indian Garam Masala
- ¼ tsp food coloring (Tandoori), only if you like, the marinade will then turn bright red
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 4 clove(s) garlic, coarsely chopped
- 5 g ginger, roughly chopped
- 15 g chopped coriander leaves
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 500 g chicken breast, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

Chicken Tikka
For the marinade, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Alternatively, finely chop the garlic, ginger, and coriander leaves and then mix with the yogurt and spices. Mix the chicken cubes with the marinade in a bowl and let marinate overnight, covered, in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 200°C. Thread the meat onto metal or soaked bamboo skewers and place them on a wire rack over a grill pan. Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and browned around the edges.
