Chicken Tikka

For the marinade, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Alternatively, finely chop the garlic, ginger, and coriander leaves and then mix with the yogurt and spices. Mix the chicken cubes with the marinade in a bowl and let marinate overnight, covered, in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 200°C. Thread the meat onto metal or soaked bamboo skewers and place them on a wire rack over a grill pan. Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and browned around the edges. You can also prepare the skewers on a garden grill. For more information: http://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/1677481275814447/feuervogels-Huhn-Tikka-Masala.html
