Peanut skewers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g diced meat (chicken, turkey, or lamb)
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 60 ml water
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes and place them in a bowl. Combine the peanut butter, onion, water, soy sauce, curry powder, and ginger in a blender until smooth. Add to the meat and mix well. Thread the meat cubes onto skewers. Grill in the oven for 15-30 minutes, depending on the type of meat. Brush with the peanut butter mixture occasionally. Serve with cooked rice.
