- 130 g couscous
- 390 ml vegetable stock
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 lime(s), juice
- cumin
- salt and pepper

Quick and easy, slightly spicy
Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. I used 130 g to 390 ml vegetable broth. If you want to avoid broth, you can simply prepare the couscous with water and then season with salt later. Chop the onion, cucumber, bell pepper, and chili pepper into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the cooked couscous and season with the juice of one lime, cumin, salt, and pepper. This salad is perfect for takeaway and is very low in fat.
