Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 400 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 tbsp, strained broth, instant powder
  • some vegetable oil
  • some parsley
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Roughly dice the onions. Place the mushrooms in a large, deep pan and sauté in a little oil with the lid closed. Add the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté until the liquid has evaporated. Deglaze with milk and cream. Add the crème fraîche. Add the parsley and stock powder. Season again with salt and pepper and thicken with the cornstarch. This dish goes well with excellent breaded schnitzels and croquettes, or pork fillet medallions.
