Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Parsley
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, rinse, peel, and let cool slightly. Then cut the cooked ham into small squares and fry briefly in a pan. Meanwhile, finely dice the eggs and onion. Then add the ham and mix everything together. Finally, mix the mayonnaise and mustard with finely chopped parsley and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add to the eggs.
