Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter, room temperature
- 1 egg(s)
- 5 tbsp water
- 80 g flour (wholemeal), e.g. wheat or spelt
- 150 g oat flakes
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 pear(s), peeled and cut into small pieces

Beat the butter and egg until fluffy. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Form the dough into approximately 22 walnut-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet. Press down with your fingers to create a nice, round cookie shape. Bake for 17 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Remove the finished cookies from the oven and place them on a wire rack to dry and cool. It’s best to store the cookies in a tin to keep them fresh for a long time.
