Spicy Eggnog

The perfect spicy eggnog recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 STK Yolk size M
  • 8 g Vanilla sugar brown
  • 200 g Icing sugar
  • 340 ml Condensed milk
  • 0,25 liter Rum
  • Some chilli powder
  1. Mix egg yolks with vanilla sugar and chilli powder in a metal bowl. Gradually stir in icing sugar, condensed milk and rum.
  2. The mass is stirred with a hand mixer over a hot water bath for 6 minutes. Fill into clean bottles using a funnel.
