Spicy Eggnog
The perfect spicy eggnog recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 STK Yolk size M
- 8 g Vanilla sugar brown
- 200 g Icing sugar
- 340 ml Condensed milk
- 0,25 liter Rum
- Some chilli powder
- Mix egg yolks with vanilla sugar and chilli powder in a metal bowl. Gradually stir in icing sugar, condensed milk and rum.
- The mass is stirred with a hand mixer over a hot water bath for 6 minutes. Fill into clean bottles using a funnel.
