Potato and Carrot Gratin

- 500 g Waxy potatoes
- 3 Pc. Carrots
- 3 toe Garlic
- 300 Milliliters Milk
- 100 Milliliters Rama Cremefine 7%
- Sea salt fine
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Preheat the oven (top / bottom heat around 200 ° C, hot air around 180 ° C). Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into thin slices. (I always use a grater) Then put everything in a large bowl.
- Peel off the garlic, cut through and rub a baking dish with it, mix the rest with the potatoes and carrots.
- Now put the milk and the rama as well as the spices in the bowl and mix everything well.
- When everything has been put into the baking dish, cover it with aluminum foil. Now everything goes in the oven for 40 minutes. Then peel off the aluminum foil and cook for another 15 minutes.
