Spicy Feta, Tuna and Tomato Spread
The perfect spicy feta, tuna and tomato spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Feta
- 200 g Tuna in its own juice
- 8 Dried tomatoes in herbal oil
- 4 tbsp Herbal oil from tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Lemon, the zest
- Espelette pepper
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Crumble the feta into a bowl. Drain the tuna and add. Add the herbal oil as well. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and also add to the tuna. Now add the lemon zest and rub the garlic cloves with a fine grater. Now add a good pinch of Espelette pepper, mix everything well with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
